The IR 6800C's smart colour capability means you use colour only as and when you need it. Use Canon's ID management technology to stop expensive unauthorised usage by setting colour and volume limits for users via individual passwords. To save unnecessary print costs, the printer setting defaults to black and white, so you can choose when you want colour.
